Romanikha
Romanikha is the capital of Enkoa. Located in the estuary of the Romanis river, it has become the center of trade in the Kingdom of Enkoa.
City Description
Romanikha is built around the Romanis estuary and its large cliffsides. The city has a majority Human population with major Tabaxi, Gnome and Centaur populations.
Beggars' Crown
Beggars' Crown is the market and port district in the north of the city. From the thriving port, full of trade, roads of shops stretch land-inward. Carts, stands and shops decorate the streets far from the docks. It is named after the capture of the port by the Sea Beggars during the civil war, which became the turning point in the war.

Houses of Gods / Godshouse
Houses of Gods is the temple district located centrally in the city on the cliffs of the Romanis river. It is the religious center of the city. Known are the four great temples of Aenar, Chimantano, Romis and Daglir, yet many more are located with less grandeur.

Meagre Quarter
The Meagre Quarter is the military center of the city, isolated from the rest. Here is where we find the large Hollow Barracks which encompasses most of the district.

Chaton
The Chaton is the upper-class district located in the far south, separated from the merchant district. Here live the former low nobles of Enkoa alongside the centers of government and justice.

Whitewall
Whitewall is located on the east of the river. It used to be separate from the city's jurisdiction, yet now falls under its fold. It is a poorer district which receives much travel. From Whitewall there are only two bridges, both corkers and living bridges, which cross the Romanis: The Romanis Bridge and Turborth Bridge, named after the first Burghermaster, Turborth Rosebane, who financed its construction.

Redfield
Redfield is the large shanty town forming across the city wall. It mostly consists of refugees and pilgrims making their stay outside of the city.

Keston Citadel
Keston Citadel is an abandoned citadel on the south side of the city. Built before the city itself, it was meant to control the Romanis delta. When Romanikha grew to its current size the citadel was abandoned in favor of fortifying the city proper.

Connections
The Whitestone Ferry Docks in Romanikha are the starting point of the Romanikha-Malo Selo Route, which carries passengers and goods upstream into Yuashir. Romanikha also connects to Killova Ilk in the Naanuath Empire by sea.
Government
The Raad of Romanikha is assembled of representatives from each of the districts, akin to the States system. It separates itself on the division of representatives per district.
There are five representatives each from Beggar's Crown and Chaton, three from Redfields, two from Whitewall, and one each from the Meagre Quarter and Godshouse.
